Couple living in Homelessness program who have suffered with family violence for some time. Both parents suffer from Mental Health issues that impede their day to day living. They have struggled with the everyday tasks that most people find easy. Father has tried to hold down work but struggles with the expectations. They have been doing well and are looking at their budget, but this time of year brings extra financial stress.

Our partner charity has requested this donation for someone they support who is doing it tough.

How it's helped before

I am writing to personally thank 'GIVIT' for a generous 'Simply Groceries eGift card' voucher that I was gifted, with $100 worth of essential spending money for my family & I to utilise at our own discretion. I can happily report this donation has assisted the purchase of a basic, solo, wifi security camera, with the excess going toward food for my teenage daughter who is currently taken on responsibilities around our home while I recover in a rehabilitation centre. Thank you for this kind gesture, as it has helped to improve security measures around our home & support my daughter to purchase daily essential items such as groceries, basic hygiene & cleaning products.
