This single mother is doing everything she can to rebuild her life after losing her home and belongings in the May 2025 floods. Already no stranger to hardship, the floods added another devastating chapter to a journey that has required immense strength and resilience.
She is now starting again from scratch with her two young children, working to create a safe, stable, and comfortable home after losing all household essentials. Everyday items that many take for granted are now out of reach, yet they are critical for restoring routine, dignity, and a sense of normality for her children.
Despite the challenges, she remains focused on providing security and hope for her family. Support with essential household items would make a meaningful difference as she continues the long process of recovery and rebuilding a place her children can once again call home.
