Mum & Dad with a child with high needs and a baby struggling financially

This family of 4 are doing their best to raise their family - Dad is working and Mum is stay at home Mum and carer of their disabled 4 year old son and baby daughter 9 months. Their son requires around the clock care and attention - Mum can't leave the baby alone at any time as his behaviours are so challenging the safety of the baby is a concern. Mum has support organisations assisting with his care and is currently awaiting a spot in childcare for the baby and their 4 year old will attend special school next year but for now Mum can't work. Whilst they have support for their son financially in terms of his healthcare needs, cashflow is low. With Christmas coming up they would love to buy some presents without the pressure of money. Any assistance would be appreciated.
