A life on the land is a hard one, and the 2022 floods made it no easier.
This hard-working couple had water flow through their home - washing away memories, flooring, appliances and furniture. Afterwards, they attempted to renovate themselves (and did a pretty good job at it, I reckon) but they did it all on their own - whilst managing the property, livestock, a small business, health and everything in between. When we found these guys, they believed they didn't deserve anything because 'someone somewhere else may need the support more'. But the truth is, they have gone without for so long and they need support. Anything is greatly appreciated, and we thank you for your consideration.
