This client has been living in a cabin in a caravan park. He has a intellectual impairment and struggles with day to day living. Everything he knows in life is what he learnt from his father who passed away in 2009. This client does not know how to use a mobile phone or email and relies on the staff at the caravan park for support. His cabin is very old and run down. He needs a fan as the weather heats up.
