He and his grandson both have their own disabilities, He is seeking support to obatin a ride on lawn mower as his health and disabilities impact on his ability to maintain his lawn / property care. He is currently ineligible for Aged Care services for another three years, and his application for NDIS support has been declined, leaving him without access to formal support services to assist his formal disabilty.
