This is a large family of six from Sudanese background. The family has no consistent income largely due to the language barrier and are seeking protection here in Australia. They are in a supported transitional property currently and are not eligible for any Centrelink benefits.
The mother in the family is suffering from Arthritis and back injury, and this has compromised her mobility and movement in and an around the house. She has now been unable to move around without the support and any assistance for mobility walker purchase or voucher and essential needs would be much appreciated.
