single man housed in West End in public housing needing a new fridge

community member was living on the streets for many years, and the last two years has been housed by public housing unit in West End. He got donated white goods (ie. secondhand fridge) which has seen better days as the seals are struggling to seal. His last electricity bill was a high for his DSP pension, and he had to go on a payment plan in order to pay it off. He presents with ADHD, Autism spectrum disorder and chronic obstructive pulmonary
disease which he needs medication and rehabilitation on a regular basis. He is requesting a new fridge to keep his food fresh and cool so he can cook and eat at home. He is keeping an eye on his usage but is worried about the electricity bill going forward. He would be grateful of any assistance with the purchase of a new fridge.
