Help with back-to-school costs for family in hardship
GIVIT
Family with five children experiencing financial hardship. Dad is currently out of work and mum is receiving Carers Payment to support three of her children with disabilities. With the cost of rent being so high, this is using up so much of their centrelink payment, there is not enough left over to cope with food, fuel, bills and other household expenses. With all the children due to attend school in 2026 this is causing major financial distress. With school fees due, and booklists/stationery and uniforms to be purchased there has not been any spare funds to compete these purchases. This family needs support to be able to fill some of these needs, and any support for stationary, clothing, food vouchers and fuel vouchers would be greatly appreciated. This will help them have the money to buy some uniforms and pay the school fees. This will help the children feel more at ease returning to school for their learning experience.
