Hit Hidden Pothole | Tyre Blowout & Tow Truck

Our client is currently sleeping rough as we try to find him accommodation. His only income is the disability pension. He hit a pothole during the rains and blew out the tyre. Due to the location, he had to get a towtruck. The cost for the tyre $140 and the towtruck $146 for a total of $286, which has impacted him greatly as he was recently made homeless and as a consequence bought a roof top tent so he could sleep in (on) his car. The $286 dollars he has had to spend has eaten into his funds for fuel and groceries and means he has no funds available to pay rent advance/bond or co-pay should we be successful in finding accommodation. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
