Aged couple soon to be homeless in financial difficulty
Aged couple both with health issues - Lady has anxiety and depression made worse by current situation and pending homelessness. She also has recently been in hospital with blood clot and fluid on lungs. Her husband is partially paralysed after a brain haemorrhage and has epilepsy. They have been in their current rental since 2003 the owners now have to sell due to their own situation. This couple have until January to find alternative accommodation. while also dealing with their own health issues. They are trying to save to pay for moving and also apply for dept of communities housing. Their son who is also disabled is unable to assist them. Their rent recently increased which is making things more of a struggle financially. The lady has explained that she feels so low that she is avoiding going to her GP as it is all getting too much for her. they do not drive so rely on either public transport or taxi's which causes further financial strain.
