My client was forced into homelessless following family violence perpetrated by a short term partner. Her children have been cared for by her sister. In May this year my client was offered transitional housing and is now settled in that property and able to have her children visit. My client relies on Job Seeker payments and is hoping for support to purchase extra groceries so that she can prepare nice meals for her kids when they visit. She has 4 kids, 8 yo, 11 yo, 13 yo and 15 yo.
