Grandmother bringing up her 13 year old grandson on her own, she is unable to work due to ill health.

This lady is bringing up her 13 year old grandson by herself, her daughter who is the child's mother is an addict and has irregular contact, his father has no role in his life, neither parent contributes financially to help raise her grandson.
She has had a couple of tough years, the fire event happened while she was fighting cancer, she was working but due to having two back surgeries in the last 12 months she is unable to work and on a disability pension.
Her grandson is in high school and needs a laptop which she can't afford to buy, he has the use of a school laptop when he is in school but nothing to do his homework on when he is at home.
There is ongoing financial hardship which doesn't look like will improve in the current circumstances she finds herself in.
