Seeking essential need support for struggling family
GIVIT
We are providing support to a family of four, which includes a single mother and her three daughters, who are seeking asylum and currently have no income. They are on a bridging visa and depend on community organizations for their daily needs. Mother is unable to work due to her carer role but is actively exploring for options that meets her need and can work flexibly. One of the daughters is immunocompromised and has lots of medical and specialist appointment both in and out of the state. The daughter also has special dietary requirement which is an added financial stress for the family when they do not have any income. The family is seeking any support for medical, transport, food and other essential items for the family.
