2025 North & Far North QLD Floods
This elderly lady had flood waters go through the bottom level of her home, damaging many household items including soft furnishings, white goods, linen etc. She is not insured and it is going to be very difficult for her financially to replace all of the items that were lost, even with being able to access the grants.
She is distressed at having to replace her household items.
