20 year old Indigenous girl who has history of homelessness, parental drug and alcohol use is now caring for younger siblings and cousins including one with Cerebral Palsy is living in a house which is in disrepair. The whole kitchen needs replacing. There is about 10 people living in the house including 6 children. She is not getting payments for the children.
