The client is a refugee experiencing severe housing and financial hardship, with significant rental arrears and multiple Legal Notices to Vacate. They are not eligible for Centrelink or Housing ACT support.
They previously worked three jobs but became physically unwell, incurring high medical costs and losing income. They have recently returned to work against advice of medical team, but is only able to work a small number of hours a wee3k.
The client has a recent history of serious illness and continues to experience emotional exhaustion. They are open to support through services such as Companion House.
They have no family support in Australia.
