Client looking for support to obtain furniture for her new rental property and Christmas support for her grandchild. The client had previously been homeless for years, disconnected from family and services, struggling with health and well-being. She has spent the past 6 months working hard to rebuild her life and link with supports and the community.
The client was able to obtain a rental property; however, they have no household items. In addition to support with the property, the client has become a support to her four-year-old grandchild and is looking for support to assist with their first Christmas together after years apart. Any support would be greatly appreciated.
