Gentleman in his late 50s is currently at risk of homelessness due to barriers receiving support for declining mental and physical health following the loss of a treasured family member.
After recently being discharged from hospital following a lengthy admission, we are assisting the gentleman in restoring his dignity and self-worth to improve his overall well being, and assist in maintaining his property to remove risk of losing his tenancy.
