First Nations Support
We are seeking community support for an Aboriginal woman who is currently 17 weeks pregnant and experiencing significant financial hardship. She is preparing for the arrival of her baby but has very limited resources and is struggling to meet her own basic needs.
At present she does not have access to many essential household items and is unable to afford appropriate clothing, including maternity wear. Her financial circumstances mean that she is also finding it difficult to maintain adequate nutrition and comfort as her pregnancy progresses.
Financial contributions or vouchers towards food, clothing, or essential items would also make a meaningful difference.
This support will help relieve some of the stress she is currently experiencing and ensure she has the essentials she needs as she continues through her pregnancy and prepares to welcome her baby.
