Our organisation provides social housing for vulnerable tenants facing complex challenges such as mental health issues, trauma, and disabilities. Clear communication is vital, but notices are often removed, lost, or defaced especially in shared spaces leading to missed appointments, confusion, and isolation.
We are requesting 30 lockable bulletin boards one for each of the 24 units and 6 for shared public areas. These secure boards will ensure important information like maintenance schedules, safety updates, and support services remains visible and tamper-proof.
Unit-specific boards allow for personalized, private communication, while shared boards keep all tenants informed and engaged. This simple, secure solution will promote stability, trust, and connection within our community ensuring the right messages reach those who need them most.
