Maintain contact with family violence, legal, and child support services
Receive urgent calls regarding emergency and long‑term housing options
Without access to a phone, the family risks missing critical service contacts, which may delay housing outcomes and prolong homelessness. Providing this support will enable the family to engage with services, improve safety, and work toward stable accommodation.
