Father who receives a disability pension from Centrelink, is in extreme financial hardship. The family has rental arrears, behind in utilities, and is struggling to buy food. This consumer has just spent the last two weeks in hospital due to illness and will likely be back in hospital within the next couple of weeks to undergo another medical procedure. This consumer is finding life difficult and incredibly stressful with his health complications and his financial situation. This consumer would appreciate assistance with grocery vouchers to help provide for his family and help ease the stress.
