30-year-old male who has been experiencing long-term homelessness due to a history of trauma, addiction, family break down and incarceration. Recently this person was released from custody and was unaware his property was broken into, which led to his belongings being damaged and stolen.
I will be supporting this person to rebuild his home and gather items to make sure he doesn't return to sleeping rough.
Due to the complexity and vulnerability of this person he needs urgent support with clothing, food, household items, furniture and bedding
