Lack of heating and cooling impacts the residents MS symptoms significantly. Despite claiming energy relief, the resident is struggling to pay energy bills and car registration which is vital for attending specialist appointments. Grocery vouchers would significantly alleviate current stress for the family. Fuel voucher would relive the financial pressure created when attending medical appointments.
