Our client is currently facing an extraordinarily difficult period in his life. He is homeless, recovering from recent surgery, and was readmitted to the hospital just last week following a suspected heart attack. His health is fragile, and the instability of his living situation places him at heightened risk during a time when rest, safety, and proper care are absolutely essential.
In addition to significant medical challenges, he has incurred unexpected medical and pharmaceutical expenses that he simply cannot afford. Even the most basic necessities — food, transportation, and daily essentials — have become out of reach. He is doing everything he can to manage, but without support, his situation will continue to deteriorate.
