flood waters have entered the home of an elderly woman with a disability through the drains, she is still using the local laundromat to wash her clothes and given her mobility issues and being on a pension, this is quite expensive and an inconvenience.
This is a genuine claim client came into office today as she is still using laundromat which is costly, she has showed photos of damage.
