Male experiencing a chronic mental health condition was taken advantage of and home taken over by squatters who smashed up entire home, 3m cubed just of debris just removed from back yard, derelict caravan left. Half of the home has power, door locks broken, cooker no longer works, needs to replace all furniture and fixtures. Experiences financial hardship, receives a disability support pension. Condition of home and feelings of lack of safety exacerbating symptoms of mental illness.
