Fifteen year old non verbal son attends Special Education School. Siblings attend 2 other schools depending on their specific needs. Mum is struggling to be able to pay for fuel. The 15 year old son was angry yesterday and when mum couldn't understand his needs and he smashed the windscreen of the car. Now she is having to manage to get the children to school by riding a scooter. A relative has offered to pay to replace the windscreen.
