A single mother and her four children, recently impacted by floods, have just been offered a pod in the Pod Village. While this provides much-needed stability, the pod is missing essential bedroom furniture. The family has been experiencing family and domestic violence, which has resulted in homelessness. For the past month, they have been staying in temporary accommodation. Despite these challenges, the mother has a strong history of maintaining a long-term tenancy and is working hard to rebuild safety and stability for her children. Support with basic bedroom furniture would allow this family to settle into their pod, create a safe environment, and begin moving forward after a very difficult period.
