65+ frail aged woman facing homelessness for the 2nd time following the Northern Rivers floods. Was in temporary accommodation for two years awaiting to be put in priority housing however due to the new TA requirements by housing does not meet the evidence. Client now sleeping rough in her car in bushland due to fears of her safety in the local area and has spent all her money on car registration.
