Elderly Lady with an acquired brain injury has been scammed and in need of financial supports
GIVIT
An elderly community member has been scammed over the period of 3 years of all of her financial savings. Unfortunately this person took advantage of this community member and her disability which has now ended tragically and now the community member has no money left. Centrelink has also declined her application to receive a any type of payment. I am working with several other providers to support the community member in appealing this decision but during this stage the community member needs fuel and food vouchers to get her through this rough time. We are seeking the kindness of others to support this community member.
