Mum is ready to seek support to become more independent and is needing items to help get herself a home, so she can provide better care to her children.
Mum and kids are staying with family member but it is becoming too much for the family, this arrangement is strongly impacting on mums mental and physical wellbeing.
Due to the number of children and their individual needs staying in one room is not suitable for this family, they are needing support to get into their own home.
