My Client lives with severe mental health concerns and suicidal ideations with a plan and a date to end his life. for the past 4 months, I have been working with him to find a purpose in life and a reason to live. Thankfully when the date arrived he decided he would try and find that purpose and currently assures his safety.
He experienced a highly adverse childhood where he was abused and abandoned by his mother and other family members. He is an ex-police officer and lives with PTSD. 2 years ago he left a toxic marriage where he experienced verbal and emotional abuse. His mental health is so severe even the simplest of tasks are unachievable. His living conditions are Dangerous and unliveable due to excessive Black Mould that has destroyed all of his furniture, appliances, and clothing. The real estate recently increased his rent and now it is also unaffordable. Due to being unable to work, he is experiencing financial hardship struggling to pay rent, buy his food and medications
