New Mum, with young baby looking to set up home for the first time

Young teenage mum, living with grandparents in accommodation that does not necessarily meet the needs of herself and her baby. Relying on solar power which cuts out by 9pm. So, no heating for herself and her young baby. This is not an ideal living situation however it is hoped that it will be temporary and that she will have her own place soon. Significant trauma history, has been subjected to some horrific abuse and is currently engaged with services to assist her in managing and processing same. She is accessing support with housing and hopes to have a home for herself and her baby soon. She is very independent and has not wanted to ask for help however has realised that she just cannot do it all. She hopes that someone may be kind enough to help her out and wishes to extend a heartfelt thank you in advance.
UPDATE: Left grandparents as it was too cold, was staying in hotel, just found out she has been approved for a unit and can move in in coming weeks.
