A young mother and her young son found a home after months spent in temporary motels. After coming to Australia, she is learning a new language, building a new family, and facing challenges however she is still hopeful that she will be able to find her stability soon despite odds. The family’s journey has not been easy with risk of homelessness, loss of belongings, and isolation. Financial stress is a daily concern as she has care responsibilities of her new bourn. She is determined to build a better future, and each day she gives what little she has to provide warmth, love, and security to her family. With the holidays approaching, small acts of kindness can make an enormous difference to this family during economic hardship.
