GIVIT
Client unable to complete basic tasks independently due to his intellectual disability and poor physical health. Client has a speech impairment, limited support network and experiencing financial hardship after repeated hospital admissions due to his poor health and this has led him to falling behind in rent arrears. Squalor clean was recently completed at his home where a lot of his items were removed due to mould and wear and tear.
