35 year old woman with five children is struggling to make ends meet. Her income from Centrelink is insufficient to cover household expenses, and the family often faces financial hardship. She is actively seeking employment and patiently waiting for work opportunities. Seven years ago, she escaped domestic and family violence in Papua New Guinea with her children. The trauma and the move have been isolating, but her determination to create a violence-free life for herself and her children motivated this drastic step. Living without violence has had a stabilizing effect on the family, though achieving long-term stability takes time. Her financial circumstances remain challenging, as her income has not kept pace with the rising cost of living. Any assistance we can offer her and her family would be greatly appreciated.
