This person is a 24-year-old man living independently in a community housing unit. His diagnoses of Autism, ADHD, and trauma-related PTSD make it difficult for him to form new friendships and maintain social connections with people and services within his local community. Until recently, he was sharing his unit with another person who left suddenly when the living arrangement became untenable. This acrimonious separation has left the client feeling saddened by the loss of a friendship and increasingly socially isolated. As a result, he no longer has access to a television and other equipment he previously used to connect with others through social media and online gaming.
