Our organisation works face to face supporting individuals and families experiencing crisis or hardship. As part of our services, we provide access to essential amenities including hot showers, toiletries, hygiene products, and material aid such as clothing, underwear, shoes, socks, and sleeping bags. These items are vital for people on low incomes, as well as those sleeping rough, who are doing it tough and often without access to even the most basic necessities.
Our team is made up of case workers, intake staff, and a dedicated Guest Services and Community Engagement team who support guests with both immediate and longer-term needs, offering compassionate care and practical help.
We are reaching out to individuals, businesses, and community organisations who may be in a position to assist by donating material aid, clothing, toiletries, or hygiene products. Your support can make a meaningful difference
