Support parents to co-sleep safely with their babies and children

Last year a mother woke in her bed in our community and her baby had sadly passed away. This was a huge shock to the entire community and we still grieve today for that baby girl.
Co-sleeping is a cultural practice among Aboriginal groups, but we need the resources to do this safely and educate parents on how to keep their babies safe. We currently have 10 expecting mothers and 12 babies under 6 months old in our community. Many parents sleep on the floor with their babies or a foam mattress on the floor so traditional co-sleepers attached to beds dont work for us here. We hope to be able to provide every family with a safe co-sleeper to reduce the instance of SIDS.
Moses baskets are $250 each.
