Single father of twin 5-year-old boys who have endured incredible hardship over the past 18 months, including a long period of homelessness. For eight months, they lived in emergency hotel accommodation before finally securing short-term housing. The family had very few belongings before moving into their new home and father is doing what he can to make their new home feel homely.
The children's mother is not in the families life due to her own personal struggles, as such father is doing everything he can to care for his children.
Despite father's own health challenges and ongoing mental health battles, he is determined to rebuild his life and provide stability for his boys. Father moved to Australia from the Cook Islands at 18yrs with very limited family or social support network. Father is fighting hard to give his children a better future, but right now, they need help.
