Client is a very young mother to a 3 year old son, has had no positive adult role models in her life due to DFV. Client has lived independently with her son since she fell pregnant at 17 and has done a fantastic job so far. Client lacks resources due to living in a remote location and limited support network. Client was impacted by the Jan-Feb floods and had water inundation through her house, this was very distressing for her as her household items have been a collection from over the years. Client is a stay-at-home mother due to daycare being very limited where they live. Client lost essential items and is currently using a laundry mat to wash clothes which is putting more financial stress on her.
