Seeking support for medication costs!

I am submitting this request on behalf of a client I am supporting who lives with complex health needs. He has a number of physical health and mental health diagnosis' which is well managed using medication. The client has significant challenges in managing the costs of his medication in our current cost of living crisis, particularly as a number of his medications are not subsidized.
The cost of his essential medication is a significant barrier to him being able to consistently purchase and take his medication.
I am writing this request hoping that some funding can be provided towards pharmacy vouchers.
