A single mother who has left a domestic violence situation with her 3 young children, has moved 45mins from the closest regional town to be close to family supports. She is engaging with community and specialist DFV services to keep her family safe and accessing supports for the children. They are needing help covering some essentials while they adjust to their new life, reconnect with family and friends, and link with school and community activities in safety.

I am writing to personally thank 'GIVIT' for a generous 'Simply Groceries eGift card' voucher that I was gifted, with $100 worth of essential spending money for my family & I to utilise at our own discretion. I can happily report this donation has assisted the purchase of a basic, solo, wifi security camera, with the excess going toward food for my teenage daughter who is currently taken on responsibilities around our home while I recover in a rehabilitation centre. Thank you for this kind gesture, as it has helped to improve security measures around our home & support my daughter to purchase daily essential items such as groceries, basic hygiene & cleaning products.
