My client left her DV situation with her 2 children. She is in the process of divorcing her husband. She is not receiving child support. The family have been moving around in short term accommodations and have recently moved into a rental for 10 months. They have some furniture, the kids have beds, mother is sleeping on a mattress on the floor They have had use of a car that was borrowed and needs to be given back now, making it difficult for the kids to get to school.
