At just 20 years old, this first-time mum is facing extreme hardship. Expecting twins, her waters broke unexpectedly at 24 weeks, and she now requires urgent hospital visits three times a week to monitor the babies’ health. Each appointment brings anxiety, as doctors assess whether early delivery is needed. She’s doing everything she can to keep her babies safe, but her situation is incredibly tough. Living without even a couch to rest on, she’s physically and emotionally exhausted. Despite the challenges, she remains strong and determined to give her babies the best start. With no partner and minimal support, she urgently needs help to create a safe, stable space to bring her twins home
