Young family struggling financially and have 2 x children's birthdays (4 days apart) coming up

Stay at home Mum with 4 children on low income pension - partner working but currently injured so hasn't been able to work for 3 weeks (casual employee). The couple's three older children have special needs (Autism, ADHD, Intellectual challenges) and have just moved schools. This has been a big adjustment for the children and a stressful time for their parents - on top of that they have had to buy all new uniforms for the children with funds they barely had. Late September their youngest will turn 1 and one of the older boys also has a birthday (4 days apart). Mum is worried and upset thinking she may not be able to afford presents for them as well as struggling to buy wrapping, cards, cake etc. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
