After requests to have new carpets installed in department after 20 years scheduled date for instalment was made 1 day before client had to travel for medical appointment. All furniture was removed from the property and covered.
Due to complications after medical appointment medical emergency surgery was scheduled and prolonged stay in Sydney was needed - heavy rain during this time damage all furniture that was left covered and client returned home after medical emergency with no furniture to put back into her home.
