Client has extensive chronic pain due to medical & physical health conditions.

Client has been on Disability Support now for 14 years. Up until 18 months ago she was being cared for by her son, who passed away. Client has chronic pain issues related to osteoarthritis in her back, degenerative disc disease in her spine, and frozen shoulders. Client also has major depressive disorder and PTSD. Until recently, client has been homeless and living in her car. She has now secured accommodation through community housing.
